AI adoption is our practice, not a sideline bolted onto a generalist IT offering.

Helping organisations adopt AI safely, securely and productively through governance, training, automation and bespoke AI consultancy.

Why Fresh Mango AI
AI programmes fail on governance, data quality and process design far more often than on technology. That is exactly where we start.
AI adoption is our practice, not a sideline bolted onto a generalist IT offering.
We start with the process and the payback, then choose the technology that fits it.
Permissions, oversharing and data protection are addressed before a licence is enabled.
Policy, approval workflows, risk registers and EU AI Act evidence you can show an auditor.
Local delivery across the United Kingdom and the British Virgin Islands, remote worldwide.
Backed by Fresh Mango Technologies and years of managed IT and cloud delivery.
Custom agents, integrations and automation built around your systems, not a template.

We are platform-independent. We recommend and govern whichever tools fit your environment and workloads.
Copilot across Microsoft 365, grounded in your tenant and governed by your existing permissions.
ChatGPT Enterprise and Team deployment with workspace controls, policy and safe usage training.
Anthropic Claude for long-document analysis, drafting and reasoning-heavy professional workloads.
Google Gemini across Workspace for organisations standardised on Google rather than Microsoft.
Bespoke agents built in Copilot Studio and beyond, grounded in your own documents and systems.

FAQs
Fifteen of the questions leadership teams ask us most often.
We are a business AI consultancy. We assess where AI can pay back fastest in your organisation, put the security and governance controls in place, deploy platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, build custom AI agents and automation, and train your people to use them well.
An AI Readiness Assessment. It reviews your data hygiene, permissions, security posture, existing tooling and the processes with the highest time cost, then produces a prioritised roadmap with a recommended first pilot. Most clients complete this in two to three weeks.
Yes, when deployed correctly. Enterprise AI services do not train foundation models on your tenant data and honour your existing access permissions. The real risks are pre-existing oversharing inside SharePoint and OneDrive, and staff pasting data into unapproved consumer tools. We remediate both before rollout.
This is shadow AI and it is extremely common. The answer is not a ban, which simply pushes usage further underground. We discover what is being used, publish a clear acceptable use policy, provide a sanctioned enterprise alternative and train people on it, then monitor for continued unapproved use.
Most clients see measurable time savings within the first pilot cycle of four to six weeks, typically in drafting, summarisation, research and meeting follow-up. Process automation benefits usually land within a single quarter.
We baseline the specific tasks in scope before rollout: how long they take, how often they occur and who does them. After deployment we re-measure the same tasks and report hours released, error reduction and cycle-time improvement, reviewed quarterly.
You are not locked in. Microsoft 365 Copilot is often the natural fit because most clients already run Microsoft 365 and it inherits existing permissions. Where ChatGPT Enterprise, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini is a better fit for the workload, we implement and govern those instead or alongside.
An AI agent is a purpose-built assistant grounded in your own documents, data and systems, able to answer questions and complete defined tasks. Businesses benefit most where the same questions are asked repeatedly, or where a process involves reading, extracting and routing information.
AI governance is the set of policies, controls and evidence that show AI is being used lawfully, securely and responsibly. It covers acceptable use, approval of new tools, data classification, human oversight, risk registers and audit trails. It matters because regulators, insurers and enterprise clients increasingly ask for it.
Most businesses are deployers rather than developers of AI, which brings obligations around transparency, human oversight, staff AI literacy and record keeping rather than the heavier duties placed on providers. We help you classify your use cases and maintain the documented evidence expected of a deployer.
In our experience AI redistributes work rather than removing roles. It absorbs the repetitive drafting, searching and summarising, which frees skilled people for judgement, relationships and exception handling. We design rollouts around that redistribution and are explicit with staff about it.
We work with small and mid-sized businesses through to larger multi-site organisations across the UK, the British Virgin Islands and internationally. The approach scales: the same assess, govern, pilot and scale path applies whether you have twenty users or two thousand.
Yes. We run role-based training built around the work your people actually do, with prompt libraries, live sessions, champion enablement and follow-up clinics. Training is the single biggest determinant of whether AI usage sticks beyond the first month.
Yes. Alongside platform adoption we build bespoke agents, integrations and automated workflows tailored to your systems and processes, using Copilot Studio, Power Platform and other tooling appropriate to your environment.
Book a 30-minute AI Discovery Call. We will discuss your goals, current tooling and concerns, then recommend a sensible first step, which is usually an AI Readiness Assessment. There is no obligation and no charge for the discovery call.
Decision brief
Straight answers to the five questions that decide whether an AI project is worth starting.
Fresh Mango AI is the artificial intelligence practice of Fresh Mango Technologies, an IT, cyber security and cloud provider that has supported businesses since 2004 from offices in Ripon, Leeds, Skipton and Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. The same engineers who secure your identity, data and Microsoft 365 tenant advise on your AI adoption, so recommendations are grounded in what your estate can actually support rather than in vendor marketing.
Clients typically release several hours per person per week on drafting, summarising, searching and reporting, shorten document and approval cycle times, and remove manual re-keying between systems. Every engagement starts by baselining the work involved so that the benefit is measured in hours released and cycle time reduced, not in licences purchased.
Doing nothing is not a neutral position. Staff adopt consumer AI tools on their own, so company and client data leaves your control without record; competitors compress the cost of proposals, reporting and service delivery; and permission sprawl inside your file estate remains unaddressed, which becomes an incident the moment AI search is switched on. Delay also compounds the UK GDPR and EU AI Act governance work that will eventually be required of you anyway.
You book a free 30-minute discovery session. We ask about your objectives, systems and constraints, tell you honestly whether AI is the right answer, and set out a recommended first step — usually an AI Productivity & Readiness Assessment or an AI Governance & Security Project. You receive a written summary and a proposal only if there is a clear case for one.
